Covid-19 is still a risk. To help you stay safe, we’re here to share new advice from the World Health Organization about the use and composition of face masks based on their research.

The recommendation is to use face masks in places where it is not possible to practice social distancing and in health care facilities to lower the chances of getting infected. Masks should have 3 layers of different materials to ensure they remain effective.

The WHO highlighted that masks do not replace social distancing and regular handwashing so it is important to continue following these preventive measures.
